Your
satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. We strive
to offer quality products at a reasonable price and excellent customer
service. If you are not satisfied with your Knit Witch purchase for any
reason we are happy to offer you a replacement product or a refund for the
purchase price minus the shipping charges. All products must be returned in
their original condition before a replacement, credit or refund is issued.
Any yarn returned must still have the yarn label intact. Please note that
if we wind the skein of yarn into a ball for you the yarn is not then
returnable.
Please let us know within 72 hours of receipt of your product if the
product arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with your purchase for any
reason. Please be prepared to send us a picture of any products that arrive
damaged. Knit Witch will not be responsible for items lost in the mail or
that are returned without proper postage and insurance. Return postage and
insurance are non-refundable. We will happily ship any packages with
insurance or via faster method for an additional charge. Simply
